Shipping Policy
Please allow 2-3 business days to process all orders for shipping. We will contact you with tracking information as soon as it is ready. We partner with UPS for all of our product deliveries. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order please contact us at studio@threeasfour.com.
Return & Exchange Policies
Returns are accepted if initiated within 3 business days of delivery. Items will be accepted for return if they are in an unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition and with the original tags. Shipping is not included with the exchange and is not refundable. Returns will only be made out to the original form of payment. After three business days after delivery we will no longer accept a request for return but we will offer an exchange for store credit instead. Requests for an exchange for store credit will only be considered within seven days of delivery. After seven days following delivery we will not accept requests for exchanges or store credit. Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Policies
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order items cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale. Please allow 3 to 6 months for Pre-Order production and delivery. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for Made-to-Order production and delivery.
Archive Order Policy
Items purchased from the Archive are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please reach out to studio@threeASFOUR.com with any questions about exact measurements or item specifics before ordering Archive pieces.
